Geoff is a brand and innovation strategist who helps consumer companies turn strategy into something both people and machines can act on. He spent the majority of his career building brands and launching products, and he now builds an AI-native product of his own. That pairing, deep CPG operating experience alongside hands-on work with AI allows him to help brand teams ready their brand foundations for fast-moving AI tools.
Geoff spent 11 years at SC Johnson, rising from Associate Brand Manager to Director across six categories. During his time at SCJ, he developed innovation pipelines, owned commercial P&Ls, managed 8 figure media plans, and accelerated complex product launches in half.
In 2025 he founded Dioma, an AI-native language learning platform for serious learners, and shipped it to market with a small team. Geoff did not study AI from the outside. He built a working product on top of it and learned firsthand where the technology delivers and where it quietly breaks.
Those two chapters meet in the work he does now. AI agents do not ask clarifying questions. They act on what is written, and most brand strategy is written for a human to nod along to, not for a system to execute. Geoff helps brands close that gap so that they can move faster.
Across both worlds, his method is consistent: start with the job the customer is hiring the brand to do, make the hard strategic choices, then always consider execution.
